Everyone was welcoming and very accommodating. We had an issue with our car and needed to find a solution and both the receptionist and the manager did all they could to help us.

Very close to the circuit and everybody very professional.
Also restaurant was very good.
Never had breakfast.
The floor of the room has never been cleaned over 4 days.
The first day I brought inside a bit of dirt and sand and it stayed there till my last day at the hotel.

For an overnight stay, this was a lovely hotel - the hotel was easy to find and had excellent parking, we had dinner there and it was very good, and the room was nice and comfortable. The only thing that could possibly be looked at is having a slightly larger and a bit more appealing lounge area - we had had a long journey and wanted to have a nice quiet drink before having dinner but there were only a few chairs crowded into the small space between the reception and the dining area, not very inviting. However, as this was just a one night stay, it was not a problem, just something we wanted to put forward to you for the future, especially as it seems to be a popular hotel.
